Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

1. Networking basics: TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, networking basics.
2. Hardware/software troubleshooting: PCs, routers, switches, cabling.
3. Operating systems: Windows (7, 10, 11)
4. Helpdesk tools: Ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
5. Remote support: Using tools like RDP.
6. Experience: 3 to 4 years
7. Strong communication skills – To assist end users.
8. Problem-solving – Quick diagnosis and resolution the issue.
9. Customer service orientation – Patience and professionalism.
10. Documentation ability – Logging issues and resolutions clearly.
