Position: SAP SD Techno-Functional Consultant
Experience: 4 – 7 Years
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Sc / MBA
Location: Pune
Shift Timings: 7:40 AM – 5:20 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday (plus one-half Saturday & one night Saturday per month, with comp-off for the night Saturday)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Perform custom configurations in SAP SD for order-to-cash (O2C) processes including sales orders, deliveries, billing, and shipping.
• Manage pricing procedures, discounts, surcharges, and tax configurations.
• Handle inventory management integration with MM and WM modules to ensure smooth stock movement and availability checks.
• Support billing and invoicing processes including credit/debit notes, proforma invoices, and account determination.
• Configure and troubleshoot shipping processes (routes, transportation planning, delivery scheduling).
• Collaborate with ABAP team for custom developments, enhancements, and debugging.
• Provide production support for end-users, resolving incidents and ensuring business continuity.
• Document functional specifications, test scenarios, and perform unit/integration testing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP) to ensure seamless integration and process optimization.
• Participate in system upgrades, rollouts, and new implementations.

Skills Required
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD configuration (sales, delivery, billing, shipping).
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle and related business processes.
• Knowledge of inventory management and integration with MM/WM.
• Ability to design and implement custom configurations and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience in functional testing, UAT support, and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
