Backend / Full Stack Developer

Position Name : Backend / Full Stack Developer
Experience : 3-5 years
Location : Head Office, Mumbai (5 days working)

Key Responsibilities:

* Design & Development: Write clean, efficient, and testable code for Java-based enterprise applications across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
* Architecture & Integration: Build robust backend logic, integrate third-party web services or RESTful APIs, and connect applications with relational databases.
* Testing & Quality: Create and execute unit tests, perform debugging, and resolve production or performance bottlenecks.
* Collaboration: Work alongside frontend developers, QA testers, and product managers in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver quality releases.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional backend software development experience using Java.
* Core Technical Stack: Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Core Java, Java EE, and data structures/algorithms.
* Frameworks & Databases: Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and SQL database management (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
* Leverage AI Tools: Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q) to accelerate the development lifecycle, conduct rapid prototyping, and improve automated testing
* Tools & Infrastructure: Competency in Git, Docker, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
