• Automated server operational tasks including server restart, service stop/start, process management, and health checks.
• Knowledge of workflows for automation to create, copy, move, delete, modify files and folders and execute scrips on target servers.
• Implemented CSV file processing workflows for bulk server and user administration activities.
• Integrated workflows with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Database, REST API, and Web Service adapters.
• Configured automated email notifications and alerts for workflow success, failure, and exception handling.
• Scheduled workflows for execution at predefined times
• Developed automated remediation workflows based on events, alerts, and incident tickets.

• Good understanding of XPath and XML Processing.
• Experience integrating automation workflows with ServiceNow, Remedy CMDB or other ITSM platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
