• Job Summary
• We are looking for an experienced Oracle APEX Developer with strong expertise in Oracle APEX, AI-enabled application development, and Oracle database technologies.
• Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications using Oracle APEX.
• Build AI-enabled features within APEX applications, such as intelligent search, document summarization, chat interfaces, recommendations, automation, and natural-language interactions.
• Integrate APEX applications with AI/LLM services, REST APIs, Oracle AI services, and external systems.
• Develop and optimize Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, and database objects.
• Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using APEX Universal Theme, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Dynamic Actions, and custom components.
• Work directly with clients to understand business processes, provide technical recommendations, and manage delivery expectations.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, integration, and security issues.
• Follow coding standards, version-control practices, and secure development guidelines.
• Required Skills
• 7+ years of Oracle APEX development experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and RESTful web services.
• Experience developing AI-powered applications or integrating APEX with Generative AI/LLM platforms.
• Experience with Oracle AI services, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI services, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI platforms is preferred.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Oracle ORDS, APEX REST Data Sources, and integration with third-party applications.
• Strong knowledge of APEX security, authentication, authorization, session management, and performance tuning.
• Ability to independently handle development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Autonomous Database.
• Oracle APEX certification or Oracle Database certification.
