Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Technical Lead / Senior Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and Angular or React.

The role will involve leading a team of full-stack developers, designing and developing scalable enterprise applications, conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate should combine strong hands-on technical expertise with proven team leadership and stakeholder management experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–10 full-stack developers.
Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
Develop responsive web applications using Angular or React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.
Provide technical guidance and resolve complex development and production issues.
Design and implement software using appropriate design patterns and architectural practices.
Integrate third-party APIs, services, and enterprise systems.
Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Allocate tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure timely delivery of modules and milestones.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, QA teams, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Work closely with QA teams on test coverage, defect resolution, and quality releases.
Support deployment, release management, production stabilization, and continuous improvement.
Maintain high standards of technical documentation, testing, code quality, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
10–13 years of overall IT experience in application development and enterprise software delivery.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Technical Lead / Team Lead role.
Proven experience managing full-stack development teams.
Experience designing, developing, and deploying large-scale enterprise applications.
