Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant to support an S/4HANA transformation project. The ideal candidate should have strong SAP CS functional expertise with experience in implementation, configuration, integration and support.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in the implementation and configuration of SAP CS within an S/4HANA transformation project.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CS solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Conduct business workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions and end-user training.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to SAP CS.
Support testing, defect resolution and project deliverables.
Ensure project activities are completed within defined timelines and budgets.
Provide post-implementation support and maintenance.
Key Skills
Strong hands-on experience in SAP CS (Customer Service).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation / implementation projects.
Good understanding of SAP CS business processes and configuration.
Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis and solution design.
Integration knowledge with relevant SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI and CO.
Experience in workshops, testing, documentation and end-user training.
Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.
