Experience: 10+ years

Must-Have Experience

10+ years of core electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant / process industry / power plant.
Strong hands-on experience in HT/LT electrical systems and power distribution.
Experience with 11KV and preferably 66KV–132KV substations.
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role, managing electrical technicians/engineers.
Experience with transformers, switchgear, motors, VFDs, protection systems, PLCs.
Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
Electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
Solar PV O&M / commissioning / grid synchronization experience is highly relevant.
RCA, breakdown analysis, energy conservation and maintenance optimization.
Exposure to CAPEX/OPEX, budgeting, spares and vendor management.
Knowledge of electrical safety, statutory compliance and government liaison.
ERP-based maintenance/work-order/spares management.
