## Position Title

**Software Engineer (3) – Core Engineer 2**

## Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled **Software Engineer – Core Engineer 2** with strong experience in **Front-End Development and ReactJS**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, reusable user interfaces, enhancing test automation, contributing to cloud-based solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable commercial and fleet software solutions.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop high-quality, reusable code for dynamic user interfaces across various platforms.
* Design, develop, and maintain web-based UI applications using **ReactJS**.
* Enhance testing platforms and improve test automation practices.
* Follow **Test-First Development and Test-Driven Development (TDD)** practices.
* Monitor and evaluate application performance and implement improvements.
* Collaborate with multi-skilled teams working on commercial and fleet software solutions.
* Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, technical specialists, and business stakeholders.
* Participate in pair programming, mob programming, and other **Extreme Programming (XP)** practices.
* Develop and deploy cloud-based applications using modern technologies.
* Integrate applications with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
* Troubleshoot application and performance-related issues using appropriate debugging tools.
* Contribute to **CI/CD** pipelines and DevOps practices.
* Manage changing priorities and work independently to resolve technical challenges.

## Required Skills

* Strong experience in **Front-End Development**.
* Hands-on experience with **ReactJS**.
* Proficiency in at least **one coding language or framework**.
* Strong knowledge of **JavaScript, HTML, and CSS**.
* Experience with **DevOps / CI/CD** practices and tools.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
* Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Previous experience working as a **ReactJS Developer**.
* In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and modern front-end technologies.
* Experience with React ecosystem tools such as **React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux**.
* Experience in UI design and development.
* Experience with performance and testing frameworks such as **Jest and Mocha**.
* Experience with end-to-end testing tools such as **Selenium**.
* Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing.
* Familiarity with **Test-First Development, TDD, Pair Programming, and Mob Programming**.
* Experience with **CI/CD tools and pipelines**, including Jenkins and Terraform.
* Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
* Experience working with Agile methodologies, backlogs, iterations, and user stories.
* Experience developing and deploying applications to cloud platforms.

## Cloud & DevOps Experience

* **1+ year of experience** developing and deploying applications to cloud platforms.
* Experience with one or more of the following:

* Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
* Amazon Web Services (AWS)
* Microsoft Azure
* Pivotal Cloud Foundry
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools and technologies such as:

* Jenkins
* Terraform

## Education

**Required:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

**Preferred:**

* Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
