HR Recruiter

Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring needs, with a strong focus on hiring IT Recruiters. The role will also support regular HR coordination and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment cycle for internal positions
Source, screen, and interview candidates for Talent Acquisition and IT Recruitment roles
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions efficiently
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Support HR operations including onboarding coordination, employee documentation, and HR activities
Assist with internal HR communications and coordination

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
Experience in recruitment, preferably IT or Talent Acquisition hiring
Strong communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with job portals and ATS tools
